RAKE ONLINE LTD – WARRANTY POLICY Effective Date: 28/02/25

At Rake Online Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, duration, and process for claims related to defective products purchased from our website. 

 

2. Warranty Coverage 

For any issues with products/warranties please contact us. We offer a range of different items with different levels/durations of warranties, these are noted per product within the product description. 

Rake Online Ltd provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for eligible products purchased directly from our website (www.rakeonline.co.uk). This warranty applies to: 

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural integrity of furniture, lighting, and other durable goods
  • Zippers, seams, and fastenings on cushions and soft furnishings 

 

3. Exclusions 

Rake Online reserves the right to refuse the warranty in the below circumstances:  

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly/installation.
  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions (unless specified as weatherproof).
  • Accidental damage, spills, or stains.
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand.
  • Commercial use
  • The product is in an unsanitary condition, for example caused by pets/pests.  

 

4. Warranty Claim Process 

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: We will assess your claim and may request further details or return of the item.
  3. Resolution. If your claim is valid, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.  

 

5. Limitations of Liability 

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Rake Online Ltd is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. 

 

6. Statutory Rights 

This warranty operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides protection against faulty goods. If a product is deemed faulty within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund.
