What type do products do you sell?
We specialize in outdoor homeware, including outdoor rugs, cushions, throw blankets, outdoor furniture and lighting.
How do I place an order?
Browse our range of garden and outdoor products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and enjoy faster checkouts in the future.

Are your products weatherproof?
Many of our products are designed to withstand outdoor conditions, including weatherproof cushions, waterproof rugs, and durable furniture. Check individual product descriptions for specific details.
Can I request a product restock?
If an item is out of stock, please contact us, and we’ll let you know when it’s expected to return.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only retailer at the moment, which allows us to provide you with an extensive range of products delivered directly to your door.

RAKE is based in the UK and ships to customers nationwide.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all addresses within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please visit our Returns page for detailed instructions.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact us here with your order details. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Who covers return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment details.
